HOW TO SEND US YOUR FAVOURITE PHOTOGRAPH

Please send us the best quality of photograph that you have. The better the quality of photograph we work from, the better quality your finished memorial will be.

Also if we have to enlarge an image from a very small original the result can be blurred. However, we do appreciate that a perfect original is not always available but we will always do our very best from what you are able to send us.

IF WE WORK FROM A STANDARD PHOTOGRAPH

Please send us an original print and/or negative (which will be returned with your memorial), not a photocopy.

Please DO NOT mark or write on the photograph, either front or back.

If the photograph includes more that one pet, and it is not clear which one is required please have a copy made (a photocopy will suffice) and indicate on this copy the pet required - but please don’t forget to send us the original as well.

IF WE WORK FROM A DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPH

From a digital camera, please send us the photograph exactly as it came out of the camera. Please do not enhance or sharpen it. The image can be sent to us on a CD or DVD by post, or as an attachment to an email.
